1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• You will maintain and promptly update Your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete.
• You are registering the Account for Your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You will maintain only one Account per person. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account login credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Immediately notify ug344 if You suspect unauthorized access to Your Account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through Your Account, whether authorized by You or not.
• Log out from Your Account at the end of each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

ug344 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your Account if We detect suspicious activity, security breaches, or violations of these Terms.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ug344 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and identity theft. As part of our regulatory obligations and security measures, We require all Players to complete KYC verification. You agree to provide the following documents upon request:

• Government-Issued ID: A clear, legible copy of Your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license showing Your full name, photograph, date of birth, and signature.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government document (issued within the last three months) showing Your full name and current residential address.

ug344 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify Your identity, age, payment methods, or compliance with these Terms. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ug344 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and other supported digital payment platforms.
• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard where available and permitted by local regulations.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn until the amount has been wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of Your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified via KYC procedures before the first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in Your own name and verified during KYC.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 1-24 hours for bank transfers and often instant for e-wallets, subject to security checks.
• ug344 reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings must meet wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• ug344 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing times. Expedited withdrawal services, if available, may incur additional fees.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

ug344 operates in strict compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity and reserve the right to report any concerns to relevant authorities. Accounts suspected of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity will be immediately suspended and funds frozen pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ug344 may offer Bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other incentives to Players from time to time. Unless otherwise specified in the specific promotion's terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times You must wager the Bonus amount before winnings become withdrawable (e.g., 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus means You must wager Rp 3,000,000 in total).
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less (e.g., 10-20%).

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

When placing Bets on the ug344 Platform, You agree to the following:

• All Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, modify, or reverse a Bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• ug344 reserves the right to refuse or limit Bets at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, error, or advantage play.
• In the event of an obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction), ug344 reserves the right to void affected Bets and return stakes to Players.

• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or gain unfair advantage through bugs, errors, collusion, or any other means is strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Closure and Termination

ug344 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close Your Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

• Prolonged inactivity (Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be deemed dormant and closed).

You may voluntarily close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing Your Account, You must withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance. Upon Account closure, any active Bonuses will be forfeited.

If Your Account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, ug344 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including deposits, winnings, and Bonuses.

10. Limitation of Liability

ug344 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Our maximum aggregate liability to You for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or Your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits You made into Your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through the following escalation procedure:

2. Formal Complaint: If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, You may submit a formal written complaint to our compliance team, providing detailed information and supporting documentation.
3. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): If internal resolution efforts fail, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation or arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon neutral third-party ADR provider.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms must be brought within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

ug344 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Website, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

It is Your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms. If You do not agree to the updated Terms, You must cease using the Platform and close Your Account.
